​Haley believes that Pilates has brought her a true balance of body and mind. Through this profound transformation, she fell in love with the practice and decided to pursue her passion by becoming a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She now specializes in a wide range of Pilates equipment, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Springboard.

In addition to her Pilates expertise, Haley holds certifications in Barre and Meditation, which allow her to offer a holistic approach to health and wellness. Her goal is to share her personal story of healing and help others experience the same physical and emotional benefits that Pilates has brought her.
