Balance & Stretch for Beginner (BS Class) : 

Balance & Stretch Class helps you to have deep stretching to leave you feeling long, and loose. Stretching everyday will help you to decrease risk of injury and reduce muscle fatigue, improve performance, and increase blood flow. Long &  balanced feeling will bring you to be ready for the day.

Core & Control for Advance (CC Class) : 

Core & Control Class will help you to focus on Maximized results of building muscles.  Pilates creates a strong foundation of balance, strength, mobility and flexibility. Without interval hard training such as running, jumping...etc  this class will help you to be toned up and in good shape of your body.
